The Orrick Building, a Class A+ commercial office building located in the San Francisco Financial District next to the Transbay Transit Center. The property was acquired by Nuveen in 2014 and is managed by JLL. Built in 2002, this trophy asset offers 520,218 square feet and is ideally located. The Orrick Building is the largest asset in the acclaimed Foundry Square complex and features LEED EB Platinum Certification, state-of-the art building systems, a glass curtain wall, full-height windows, high ceiling heights, an under floor HVAC system, large flexible floor plates and onsite parking. In 2021, the property earned the IREM Certificate of Sustainable Property and became Fitwel Viral Response Certified. In 2023, the property earned a 2-Star Fitwel certification, and upgrade from its previous 1-Star certification.
The Orrick Building offers cutting-edge building infrastructure and systems including low-E glazing exterior glass, under floor HVAC system, 100% fresh air intake, and concrete structure providing exceptional operating efficiencies and allowing it to achieve one of the highest LEED scores of any existing building in the country. In 2023, the property earned an Energy Star score of 94.
